Department Heads Report

From now on, all department heads onboard are to submit post-mission reports to Lieutennent Commander Peter Brown, and Carbon Copy the Captian regarding the player situation in their department. By "department", I mean any one of the following:

Flight Control
Engineering
Operations
Science
Medical
Security
Marines
