Some Promotions!

OK, in light of their length of service, and the quality of posts that they do their best to achieve, I have a promotion to hand out to two people;

Lieutenants, Junior Grade Annalyn LaToon and Lamento Solar, you are both promoted to the rank of full Lieutenant! Congratulations!

These promotions will be dealt with IC as soon as possible.
