Simm Rules

OK everyone, I've updated our Simm Rules following our age rating rise, and I have also laid down a concrete Strike Policy in the Database. I expect all members of the simm to fully familiarise themselves with both of these documents - that way, you can all hopefully keep yourselves from being on the receiving end of any strikes =)
