Removal

All, I regret to inform you today that Norvin Linnix, previously Warrant Officer Linnix but recently demoted to Chief Petty Officer as per Stage 3 of the Strike Policy, has been removed from the USS Iapetus after reaching Stage 4 of the Policy.

Mr. Linnix faced the stages of the strike penalty for going AWOL; Absent WithOut Leave, i.e., would not make a post or make contact with either me or the XO and failing to submit an LOA or ELOA.

I don't like doing this sort of thing, but for the good of the sim, sometimes it's a must.
