Departure

Due to other commitments elsewhere, and a difficulty in finding time for all of them, the player behind Master Chief Raging Eagle has informed me of his resignation from the Iapetus.

I wish him farewell and good luck in his other endeavours, and we'll keep the door open if he ever has the time to return.
