I've given everyone proper forum avatars XD (well, except for the one person who doesn't even have an actual character image xD) Go check them out!

Also, I've given any of you whom have provided - either on here or back on the Lincoln - a person to portray your character a proper uniformed character image - you should see it as the default one on your SMS biography page. Hope you like!

Speaking of SMS bios, I was looking through them today, and I noticed how much better a lot of people's writing standard is now, compared to when they wrote their bios. So, I'd like everyone to go back and have a look at their biography - some of you, they're up to your current posting quality anyway (namely Bradley and a number of those who joined since), but a few of the older fogies have biographies that kind of let them down a bit, when you look at the posts they're coming out with now :)

So two weeks from now, I'm going to go through and re-read everybody's biographies, and I expect to see them up to current standards :) I'll also factor the biography standards at that moment in time into my decisions when I think about whether anybody needs promoting at the end of this mission. So if any of you are bucking for one, there's one thing you've got to do to get it ;)

Additionally, there is one person on board who really doesn't have anything in their bio, full stop. That person has one week to get a biography written up and put on the SMS, since it doesn't look very good to have a crew member on board without any biographical data.
