Awarded to the player who chooses to portray a different side of shipboard life and brings to the position of Command Master Chief, an enthusiastic, realistic, and entertaining portrayal of what it means to be the senior most enlisted person on a Federation star ship. Far from a figure head, the recipient finds ways to interact with the enlisted members of the crew, whether NPC or primary characters while actively writing for a secondary position as a working member of one of the standard Departments.
