Unexplained Weariness

Location: USS Iapetus - Ready Room
Timeline: 1 Hr after Games and Tests 2

Leaning back in his chair, Vorn let out an exhausted sigh as he rubbed his closed eyes with one hand. So many problems had cropped up in the last couple of hours, and all needed to be solved if they were to get on their way to this Nebula.

Groaning ever so slightly as a slight twinge of pain ran through his head, Vorn reached up with his other hand as well and rubbed each of his temples. All of a sudden, he felt so drained and tired, but his shift wasn't over yet, he still technically had hours left of being on-duty.

So, standing up with a yawn, he resolved to go on a walk around the ship, with the hope that keeping himself active would keep himself awake. As he stepped out onto the Bridge, he noticed that everyone else was as alert as he would expect of them to be while on-duty, all going about their tasks briskly. Nodding to indicate he was happy with their work, Vorn headed to the turbolift.

He stood there for a few seconds, simply trying to compose himself and bring his mind into order. He couldn't remember the last time he had been this tired on-duty...

Please select a destination the computer's calm, female voice emanated from hidden speakers.

"Hmm? Oh, er.." it then occurred to Vorn that he had no idea where he was planning to go. "Mess hall." he said, planning to get himself a cup of strong coffee before going on an inspection.
