Awards people who develop new tactics and/or manoeuvres which were highly successful. Dan Remeck was a human starship captain during the Romulan Conflict of Stardate 1157.5. He led a task force of five Federation starships in a Blossoming Flower dual pincer manoeuvre that defeated ten Romulan vessels.
