Well, it would appear that things have certainly quieted down around here, considering the previous ruckus. We do not have that as strongly as we used to…well…I should be more specific about that. I mean to suggest that it is the status quo. Whether I was some lofty scientist, or just a lowly reporter, things would be the same. Oh, I am sure that with the way Starfleet handles things, which we are sitting on the precipice of something. Ever think about that? It is as though there is always something wrong. Always, we are the only ship in the fleet so equipped to handle whatever error is occurring.

That is not to say I have not done such things recently. I simply had to take a bit of a…a breather. We are all allowed such, are we not? I notice that so often it is based on what we have done. Never rest on one’s laurels it is said. Is that not right? Never rest on them is the ideology that we are taught to hold so near and dear. However, when one does not take a bit of rest to heart, then, one does not last long.

One’s skills will break down considering the exhaustion that one can experience through such a case after all.
