On-bored the Iapetus, I find myself never before today surrounded by so many people who know how to go about their duty's with alacrity. I feel that as this ship sets out to chart a distant nebula, (which I have not been able to learn the name of, though this is due to everyone's busyness at our departure) I find myself helping anywhere a spare hand is needed, I found myself in main engineering and in hydroponics. This posting will be interesting, I only wish I had a better idea of when I would be need for my skill set.

Perhaps soon the Commander will have a need of me. It is most worrying.
