Mission: Into a Devil's Heart

Timeline: MD04 2000hrs

~Computer:Hellfire Enabled~

The Speakers came to Life sending to Messaged first to Captain Vorn Krace

==^== Vorn, Dammit I know you will come just don't it is too much of an risk to the ship were I am going, it will rip the ship apart yes this is giving you an clue and I know it, but its the only way I know that I can make you stay, and plus bad idea linking into the Stations computer I left this message for you as I know you would have purged the Computer, so please don't be Mad at Abi I know she won't tell you why I left and I know you Vorn, listen to me if you would heae my advice only once never think you can do this alone==^==

Then the Computer Beeped again for an Other Message to Play

==^== Tell Vorn to Back off, send SI after me the Ship will never survive and you know it, Vorn can't do this, make him stay for the Love of God==^==

Vorn raised an eyebrow at Acle as the messages played. "Computer; identify the time and location the order for... 'hellfire' was initiated from."

Unable to determine source of initiation of order 'hellfire'. Order contains a time-stamp of seventeen-hundred hours, Starfleet standard time.

As Vorn spoke, he looked from Acle where his gaze had been resting since he had entered the room to discuss the supplies the ship was taking on over towards the antique analogue clock mounted on the wall. "Sounds like it was a good thing we decided to only interface minimal systems since we're only here for a short time. Who knows what else Peter might have left in there for us." As his gaze rested on the clock, he did a very quick calculation in his head to determine the current time. "Three hours ago he initiated the order for this. Three hours in subspace... he can't be far away. He wouldn't be alerted to our orders to apprehend him, so there must be some other reason why he chose now, of all times, to send the order. Peter doesn't generally do things at random."

Acle raised an eyebrow and considered the situation, then turned to the computer, or rather, where the computer should have been.

"Computer, upload a graphical interface of local space charts. Highlight any hazardous areas within a ten hour time travel." Acle said before turning to his captain. "This should narrow our search down somewhat..."

Acle shifted slightly, then spoke quietly. "Sir, he should know that Starfleet Intelligence is well aware of what exactly he is doing, and what he has done. he is a rogue member of Starfleet. As per Internal Security Regulation 103c, that means that he must be brought to a court by any means necessary. That is an all calls alert to all Internal Affairs agents. Trust me... Those are taken seriously. Ronin was the ones who sent that flag up. What he doesn't know is I pulled in a few... favors. If everything works like it should, we will have a certain time limit to capture him before it becomes an official investigation. I don't know how long we have, but, if we cannot get him in that time limit, Starfleet Intelligence's official orders will be to shoot on sight. For his sake... We better catch him or the full wrath of Starfleet and the United Federation of Planets will descend on him."

Vorn nodded. He knew about the general operations of Internal Affairs - how they worked to keep rogues and rebels out of Starfleet, but Acle knew much more about them in-depth. "Yes, well... forward that seach to Stellar Cartography. It might help them to compare it with what we have so far, and come up with some projected destinations for him." He tapped a control on the computer, changing it back to what it had shown before - inventories. "Now, hopefully without anymore cross-sector interruptions, let's see if we can't focus on something a bit more standard. How's the quartermaster doing in getting us the supplies we need?"

Acle made a slight face "You know that this is the part I hate most of being an XO right? I am going to have to personally go over to the station and have a little talk with logistics... They seem to have a difference in opinion over what the ship really needs and what we think it needs. They'll learn."

"Well make sure they learn quickly. I want to be out of here as soon as we get a lead," Vorn said, indicating the hidden speakers in the ready room's walls, near the ceiling, to emphasise what the lead would be on.

"Aye Captain." Acle said, then sighed. "I suppose I should be about that then. With your permission Sir?" Acle said. Acle made a thumbs up sign to indicate that he understood what his captain was saying, then made a vaguely rude gesture towards the said speakers all whilst speaking.

Vorn nodded, smiling at his friend's gesture.

Acle smiled in return then composed himself and went to undertake combat.
